1. Subscription Terms

1.1 Account Registration

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided proves to be inaccurate, not current, or incomplete.

If you are a travel agency using our platform, you are responsible for:

• Obtaining proper consent from travelers before adding their personal information to our platform
• Ensuring the accuracy of all traveler and trip information you input
• Using our communication tools in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Safeguarding traveler information and respecting their privacy rights
• Managing traveler access to the platform appropriately

2.2 Content Restrictions

You agree not to use our service to upload, share, or distribute:

• Unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable content
• Content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Viruses, malware, or other malicious code
• Spam, phishing attempts, or fraudulent content
• Any content that violates the rights or privacy of travelers or other users

2.3 Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Trip Repo and its licensors. 2. Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
3. Any content obtained from the Service; and
4. Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not allowed, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
